CTFT is a nonprofit organization focused on caring for women in need. The goal is to prepare expectant mothers to live independently and self-sufficiently.
Executive Director and Founder, Frances Robin, started this organization in 2009. Robin is passionate about helping people. For years she volunteered at pregnancy and rape crisis centers where she witnessed first hand the struggles of women desperately in need of long-term housing.
It wasn’t until she began working as a student mentor in 2012, that she explored building allowances into her mentoring program to accommodate an expectant student. These allowances, coupled with the years working at the crisis centers, paved the way for what is now Carried To Full Term.
What started out as a one bedroom space in a basement, has now grown into four bedroom house and is a source of hope and a new start for women.
